WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL SERVICES and PRODUCTS.
We Deserve the right to refuse service.
All prices are subject to change.
Children are not allowed in the office due to safety concerns.
No one other than the client and provider are allowed in the treatment room.
Cancellations
We ask that 24 hours be given for all cancellations. We do understand that emergencies occur at times. We may charge 50% of the scheduled service.
A non-refundable deposit is required for any and all first time clients to hold your appointment, and the remaining balance will be paid in full at first session. If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded, and to reschedule, an additional deposit must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Non-refundable deposit amount is determined by service to be received.
No Shows
We ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 min late, we reserves the right to cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded or you may be charged for the entire cost of the treatment.
Covid - 19 Policies and Procedures
We are taking several steps in order to provide the safest environment for our staff and you. Policies must be followed at all times or services will not be provided.
Please wait in your car and call 609-489-4141. We are currently limiting to 1 client at a time. All services are by appointment only. If you are sick please do not enter, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
1. Mask must be worn to enter and at all times while in office. If you do not have one please ask and one will be provided.
2. Temperature Screening required of all staff and clients upon entering.
3. Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry and hand washing required.
4. A "Health Questionaire" is required to be filled out before services can be provided.
We have a plastic shield that is used when your face mask is removed during facial treatments when a face mask can not be worn. This is to protect you and the provider.
We will be spacing appointments so that we can clean and disinfect all surfaces and time to use UVC light in room between clients.
We will also be wiping down all door handles and bathroom between clients.
